We built Find The Link to be a privacy-first, completely anonymous application. We want you to find the products you love without giving up personal data. This Privacy Policy outlines the minimal information we collect and how we use it to provide our service.
Find The Link does not require you to create an account. We do not ask for, collect, or store your name, email address, phone number, physical address, or password.
To help you find the items you are looking for, we must collect the specific information you voluntarily submit to us via the app:
Your search history and the requests you make are primarily stored locally on your own device. Our servers receive the request (the image, link, and description) solely for the purpose of our expert shoppers processing the search. Once an item is found and the link is sent back to your device via the Push Notification Token, the request is completed.
If you uninstall the application or clear its data, your local request history will be permanently deleted from your device.
We use the images and links you provide strictly to search the web and identify the products you requested. We may share these specific images/links with our internal product search team to manually track down items.
We do not sell your data to third-party advertisers or brokers.
When our team successfully locates a product for you, the purchase link provided in the app may be an affiliate link. If you decide to tap the link and make a purchase, we may receive a small commission at no extra cost to you. This is how we keep the app free and operational.
The core function of our app is providing you with outbound links to external shopping websites (Amazon, brand websites, etc.). Once you click these links and leave Find The Link, our Privacy Policy no longer applies. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of the websites you visit.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our app or legal requirements. We will notify you of any structural changes by posting the new Privacy Policy here (Last Updated on 10 march 2026).
